As this is a physical wearable device, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may request a replacement if eligible

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

7. Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
