Iron Fit You is a wellness and fitness application that connects to a wearable device (“Iron Fit Band”) to provide users with:
- Activity tracking
- Sleep insights
- Heart rate and wellness metrics
- Recovery scores and general wellness insights
The App is designed solely for fitness and lifestyle purposes.
Important:
The App and Iron Fit Band are not medical devices and are not intended for medical use.
3. Health & Sensor Disclaimer (Critical)
- The Iron Fit Band uses photoplethysmography (PPG) and similar sensor technologies
- Data such as heart rate, HRV, sleep, temperature, and activity are estimated values
- These measurements are not clinically validated
You acknowledge that:
- The App provides informational wellness insights only
- It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- It must not be relied upon for medical decisions
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- Users under 18 should use the App with parental or guardian supervision
5. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using:
- Email and password
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
6. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Misuse or interfere with the App or its infrastructure
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

7. Device & Connectivity
- The App connects to the Iron Fit Band via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)

- Improper use of the wearable device

- You may delete your account at any time, which removes your data
9. Third-Party Services
We use limited third-party services for functionality and performance, including:
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crash Reporting
These services are used strictly for improving app performance and stability.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including:
- Software
- Design
- Content
- Branding (Iron Fit, Iron Fit You)
are owned exclusively by Iron Fit.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the App or services
You may delete your account at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
We are not liable for:
- Inaccurate wellness data or insights
- Any decisions made based on App data
- Health outcomes or interpretations
- Device-related failures or inaccuracies
13. No Warranty
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including:

- Continuous availability of the App
